We only collect data you choose to give us, plus the minimum needed to run the website:

• Contact form and emails: your name, email address, company, budget range and the message you send.
• Job and partnership applications: the CV, portfolio links and details you email to us.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookie preferences: your cookie choice, stored in your own browser. See our Cookie Policy.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
• To assess job and internship applications (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations, for example keeping business records.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and form-delivery providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data if the law requires us to.

Our team works across the USA, UK, India and the UAE, so your data may be accessed from these countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless we start working together, in which case they become part of the project records. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@vyonova.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the contact form.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
